Analysis

At a glance, I only see 3 different numbers: 20, 30, and 31. With just 3 bits of data, I’m not sure what this could represent. (Ternary!?) It’s possible they could be grouped in 2’s or 4’s. Or perhaps the first digit of each number is irrelevant and it’s obfuscated binary.

Converting to hexadecimal, gives:

00101110 00101101 00100000 00101110 00101101 00101110 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101101 00101110 00101110 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00101110 00101110 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00101110 00101110 00101110 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101101 00100000 00101110 00101110 00101110 00101101 00100000 00101110 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00101110 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101110 00101110 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00101101 00101101 00100000 00101101 00101110 00101101 00101101 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00100000 00101101 00101110 00101101 00101110 00100000 00101101 00101101 00101101 00100000 00101101 00101101 00100000 00101110 00101101 00101101 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101110 00101101 00100000 00101101 00100000 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101101 00101110

Then converting that back to decimal:

.- .-.. .-.. .. .... .- ...- . .. ... -- -.-- -.-. --- -- .--. ..- - . .-.
