Now a static site

I’ve moved everything over to a static site. I did a few “while I’m at it” things as well:

• Statically hosted through GitHub Pages (free hosting!)
• Moved to a custom domain on the shiny new .dev TLD
• Cleaned up unused sites and domains on my old host, NearlyFreeSpeech.net, who’ve been great the past 6+ years but are overkill for a static site with the options available these days.

The site was automatically exported from WordPress to Hugo, but it required quite a bit of finagling to have everything still work. I’ll still be cleaning up the posts as I go.
